Repetition of 10 (3 sets).

1. Leg Kicks to Side (Right/Left) -Rotate Kneels backwards

      -Arms in T

2. Leg Kicks to Front (Right/Left)

     -Arms in V

3. Leg Lifts (Right/Left/Both)

     -Sit in Straddle 

4. Pike Life-Sit in Pike Position

5. Stretch Stradle/Pink/Hurdler

6. straddle Against the wall

7. Ab Work-

   *Stradle up   * Pike Ups  *Bannana Split

8. Vertical Jumps

9. Calf Raises

your backwalk over work on improvring the technique of the drill: work straight legs/strong legs.

 

The ones's who have BWO can do bridges to hands and fallin prone position.
